U2CARS is a brand of the international company UAB “Galimard Baltija”, successfully operating since 2009.
Over the years, we have built a transparent and stable business model and earned a reputation as a reliable partner in the field of used vehicle import and sales.

We work with both private clients and companies, including car dealers and corporate fleets, for whom legal clarity, predictable processes, and a professional approach are essential.

Since 2017, U2CARS has been the first company in Lithuania to systematically and successfully organize vehicle imports from South Korea.

Thanks to long-term hands-on experience, direct contracts with insurance and leasing companies, and deep knowledge of documentation and logistics processes, U2CARS has grown beyond a service provider and also acts as a consultant for certain governmental and related institutions on matters involving:

Vehicles We Offer

Insurance Vehicles
Vehicles sold directly by insurance companies following insurance claims.
They are suitable for customers who are able to assess repair economics and are looking for competitive pricing.

Ex-Leasing Vehicles
Vehicles returned to leasing companies at the end of the lease term.
In most cases, these vehicles:

  • were serviced according to manufacturer schedules;

  • maintained at authorized dealer service centers;

  • have a documented service history.

All vehicles are sold on an “as is” basis — purchase decisions are made based on factual information provided by the seller.

Vehicles from South Korea meet European market specifications and do not require technical modifications or adaptations, unlike many vehicles imported from North America.

U2CARS is responsible for the legal status of the vehicle, the legality of the transaction, proper documentation, and fulfillment of financial obligations explicitly defined in the contract.

At the same time, customers are clearly informed that:

  • vehicles are purchased without warranties;

  • technical condition is assessed based on seller-provided information;

  • risks related to vehicle condition are borne by the buyer.

Based on nearly ten years of experience working with the South Korean market, significant discrepancies between the stated and actual vehicle condition are extremely rare and account for only a few percent of all transactions.
